RITA
In ancient hinduism,sacrifices performed for the gods were vital in obtaining the material bebefits given to humans by god.The efficacy or power of these sacrifices were determined by the way of being performed exactly the manner and order prescribed .The proper order of a sacrifice is called RITA.Eventually this concept of rita would become in hinduism one of the key concept of the indian world view,meaning first something like MORAL ORDER OR COSMIC LAW.In the rigveda,rita controls all the changes and operations of the universe including the actions and thoughts of the gods.In the upanishads,rita works itself over in the ethical realm of human society through karma or action.
