In fact, this book titled 'DAKSHIN KRANTI' was laid on the table of Lok sabha during 6.12.2007 by Shri. Mani Shankar Aiyer, MP & then Minister of Union Cabinet.

A documentary entitled "A History of Syria with Dan Snow " was presented on 8th October ( tuesday ) at 10.30 am in the 5th semester BA History Class.Robin Barnwell, who directed and produced the documentary for BBC explains the challenges of filiming amid the conflict, and describes the spirit of the Syrian people he met.The documentary gives us a great description about the underlying reasons for the ongoing conflict in Syria and also narrates its history since ancient period ....
