FYUGP Orientation Programme

 On July 10, 2024, the Department of History at KAHM Unity Women's College, Manjeri, conducted an orientation program for first-year BA History students. The program commenced at 9:30 am in classroom B303, with an inaugural address by the Head of the Department, who welcomed the students and introduced the department and the Four-Year Undergraduate Program (FYUGP).

On July 1, 2024, the Institutional Level Inauguration of the Calicut University Four Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUGP) was held at KAHM Unity Women's College, Manjeri.

Shabeermon M, the FYUGP College Coordinator, attended an online workshop for College level Academic Coordinators on Monday, June 24, 2024, at 10:30 a.m., via the Webex platform. Dr. Harikrishnan, the University Coordinator for FYUGP, led the workshop and answered teachers' queries. The workshop's key outcomes include the imminent publishing of revised regulation, the creation of an open ended module (No.5) by course teachers, the orientation program for students during the first week of FYUGP 2024, and the minors and MDCs selection procedure, which will be based on a rank list prepared as per index marks.

Faizal T K, Assistant Professor of History, KAHM Unity Women's College in Manjeri, participated in the workshop organized by the Board of Studies in History, University of Calicut, on 24 June 2024. The workshop's goal was to ensure the smooth implementation of the four year undergraduate history programme, which begins in July 2024..
